Services PMI for Eurozone and UK

Spanish Services PMI

Spanish PMI surged to 53.6 beatings the forecast of 52.7. Spain’s services marketplace grew at a faster rate during June, backed by stronger improvements in recent work.

Italian Services PMI

Business activity in Italy’s service sector rebounded to extension in June, as inflows of new business from both national and foreign customers grew. The numbers surged to 50.5 vs. 50 forecasts, adding support to the Euro.

UK Services PMI

As per the Markit report, the British service providers pointed out that trading activity is near stagnant in the month of June. They are resulting in weaker Services PMI data for the United Kingdom. Well, the actual services PMI figure dropped to 50.2 vs. the forecast and previous value of 51.0.

There has been a bearish impact on Sterling after the news release.
