What is the Superintelligence Alliance?
This alliance combines Fetch.ai (FET), SingularityNET (AGIX), and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN). The alliance aims to develop decentralized Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) that benefits humanity. They believe that ASI should be open, ethical, and not controlled by big tech companies.
What is $ASI?
$ASI is the new token created by the alliance. It replaces the previous tokens: $FET, $OCEAN, and $AGIX.
The total supply of $ASI tokens will be 2.63 Billion. Holders of $FET, $OCEAN, and $AGIX tokens can swap their tokens for $ASI at a fixed exchange rate.

- $FET holders: Your tokens will automatically be converted to $ASI on exchanges. If you hold them offline, a swap mechanism will be available soon.
- $OCEAN and $AGIX holders: No immediate action is required. Your tokens will be converted to $ASI on exchanges. You can also swap them later using the swap mechanism.

The alliance will need community approval to proceed with the token merge. Voting will open on April 2nd.
If successful, the token merge will begin and $FET, $AGIX, and $OCEAN will be converted to $ASI.
